Fenced backyard common area, great for kids to run around in! 2 parking spots located in the back near balcony with additional parking on street. OWNER PAYS ALL UTILITY BILLS

NO utility bills with this unit. On lease signing first month, last month and security deposit are required. NO PETS. No smoking in common areas or in unit. When moving in or out of unit if any damages are incurred in the common areas it is the tenants responsibility to pay for the repairs.
