"I have lived in this area for two years and lived here before that 20 years earlier. It’s a great area for kids and community gatherings. Close to schools and shops and the neighbors are friendly. Very pet friendly as well close to dog parks. Commute to work is easy being I between both the 10 and 210 freeways near the 15 freeway. Any directions is easy for work or play."

"I’ve lived here for 5 years and I’ve always felt safe. My neighbors are great and we look out for each other. There are a lot of good restaurants around me and a great market where I can buy my food and household items. I live near a walk and bike trail and it’s great for exercising. "

"Everbody minds their own busniess, You can party but not too load to disturb your neighboors. Pretty dead quite for a good night stroll in the night. This is a neighborhood of workaholics. So everybody goes to sleep or chill after work."
