Cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex located in Tudor Place. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and Shaw AFB. Front porch and back patio with storage room. Fenced back yard. This property will allow 1 small pet under 50 lb.s with owner approval only. $350 non-refundable pet fee and $30 per month pet rent. Must provide shot records.
Living area has built in book shelf, trey ceiling with fan. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and disposal. Pantry and washer/dryer hook ups. Front bedroom has a walk in closet and extra shelving. Back bedroom has double closets. Each bedroom has its own bath and linen closet.
