  • Laura G.
"Reasonable commute distance to major centers in Orlando and greater Orlando area. Highways necessary and paying tolls, local routes double the time of commute."
  • Dita106
"I love my Lake Nona Community. There is a sense of security. Neighbors are very friendly but also cautions of the surroundings. "
  • Laura G.
"In close proximity to highways but main road does experience heavy traffic and it is currently two lanes on both sides. "
  • Laura G.
"New amenities constantly, growing space with many opportunities safe for starting or existing families."
  • Carlaacosta13
"Family friendly. Very suburban feel to it. Nice houses and overall good neighbors. Due to its growth streets are over populated, you will need a car to get to every single place. 5pm traffic is crazy but again most of the people that live in Lake Nona work somewhere else. 30-40min to downtown and 20-30min to Disney without traffic. Downtown of Lake Nona is very promising as they are still developing it. "
  • Jesseacruz
