"This is a great neighborhood very safe and the neighbors are great! Public areas are taken care off ."
  • Breanna Wickes
"There are so many kids in the neighborhood! I feel safe enough to let my kids play outside with the door open. The schools are great! My kids love the parks and going fishing right around the corner! We are also only fifteen to twenty minutes from the beach! Be aware of reckless teenage drivers. During holidays the fireworks are awesome in our neighborhood! Rent is very high for wages in the area and I wouldn’t approve of my child working at many restaurants around here."
  • David Maples
" Yulee is a small community and people are very very nice. I am came from North Carolina and fall in love to this city right away. I will live here the rest of my life."
  • Roxy Wallace Greer
"I love the bike paths and the ponds. Also really enjoy the YMCA and like true fact that it is located within our neighborhood. Having the grocery store and several restaurants nearby is helpful, too. "
  • Roxy Wallace Greer
"This neighborhood as a lot of sidewalks to walk their dogs as well as numerous nature paths. A dog park would be a nice addition to the neighborhood for dogs to run and play with other dogs "
  • Kristen W.
"Living in a camper in this area. Seems nice. Lots near by or not too far away. No public parks. Not many sidewalks"
  • Ryan
"Good place to live if you like to live good. This 100 word limit is dumb, move to yulee if you like to be left Alone to do your own thing. Stay away if you want to hang out with everyone because that will not happen."
  • Christopher P.
"easter egg hunts, 4 of july parade and.fireworks, new years fireworks, street parties, halloween, community yard sales every 3 or 4 months. "
  • Oliver S.
"Love it! I can see the stars at night and not the city lights obstructing the beautiful sky. I feel safe here and you have lots of privacy. Great neighbors and lots of open space to roam. "
  • Devan S.
"Community events for every major holiday plus smaller neighborhood gatherings every so often. Not to mention the location to all the shopping."
  • Jason M.
"I have lived here for 21 years and even though it is growing like crazy it still feels homey. My kids loves it and for the most part crime is low."
  • nobody
"Like, there are sidewalks. Dislike - no dog park or many areas to play with dod where they aren’t lots of kids. "
  • Mechele M.
"Nothing. There are no events in our community. The hoa is ridiculous and nothing has been updated. Biggest issue is the internet service provider "
  • Lori M. B.
"Big shaded Oak trees, Smaller then any town we have just one store on the Bells River with dirt roads I played in when I was only 5 years old or younger and I love the peace and quiet with no engines running only the sound of dogs barking while children play and still play in the dirty roads Walking around pools of water. I can also smell bombfires burning at night while we roasted marshmallows and hotdogs, I see my neighbors doing the same thing and you can still smell breakfast cooking throughout the area on weekends."
  • lili67
"The traffic is heavy and road construction makes it worse. When it is done, it should be better in the next couple of years. "
  • Jason M.
"My commute is 37 miles one way and the worse part is getting out of Yulee in the morning. Overall traffic is increasing as people move to the area. This is exacerbated by the never ending road construction. "
  • Kkjjkk08
"Safe place, used to be a very small town. Starting to get extremely crowded. Schools are started to get over crowded because of the mass surge of people coming to our city. Traffic sucks right now. "
  • Stacey A. V.
"It’s very family oriented. I really love it here, the neighborhood is fairly new and still being built up. Very nice community, everyone seems friendly and welcoming. "
  • Ericajill13
"There are many nice families in the neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful people. Community has a decent pool, playground, basketball court, and soccer field. A great school district as well."
  • Waynemarkmassey
"no homeowners associations. great neighbors. easy access to both Jacksonville, the airport and Fernandina beach. new hospital just 10 minutes away."
  • Tiff7102
"The neighborhood is a great place to live; it is very Quiet and tucked away, close enough to schools and stores."
  • Desiree M.
"Nice people are nice traffic and construction work sucks, but other then that I like it. ESP out in the country settings"
  • rio350c
