6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur kid attended kindergarten. Teacher did not really watch students on the playground on breaks and that is where the bullying happened regularly. Our kid had to endure repeated chokeholds by another kid (a problem kid that school knew about) and getting beat up. We raised the issue, administrators and teacher said it was a top priority to resolve and that both kids were to go see staff psychologist to resolve. When we inquired again after two weeks, we were told that the staff psychologist was very busy schedule but eventually they would be seen. Never was followed up, not by the teacher, nor anybody else in the staff.The next year for first grade our kid was assigned a new teacher and when we went to see the classroom and his assigned table, we saw that the other kid from the previous year we complained about was sitting across the table. Confronted teacher about this but teacher was very dismissive.Overall, stuff does not care about students or teaching apparently. The school board is too busy spending money on IT and Security while on the other hand cutting teachers and staff, removing Spanish classes and the gifted program. "Dogs aren’t allowed at my building. I don’t see them around much in this area. There are several parks close by and There’s a gated baseball field that dogs can run in at Aquila park."

"Well, first off it’s super diverse and its like a middle class everyone is really friendly and nice and it’s safe I would walk in the dark alone around my neighborhood. "
