Office can be converted into another bedroom if needed. Adjacent to the living room is a sophisticated dining area with a large dining table capable of seating eight guests comfortably. Stairs to the second level are on the left as you enter the living room, complete with leather recliners and couches and very modern. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space. It features spacious countertops with bar seating, ideal for casual meals or socializing while cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and high-end appliances to accommodate any culinary needs, including. Behind the kitchen lies the HUGE pantry, complete with all laundry appliances and additional refrigerator. Laundry room has refrigerator, washer and dryer with pedestals, multiple cleaning supplies dishes in the pantry, all remain for tenant use. Throughout the home are leather furniture, and other high-grade furniture, remaining separate dining and breakfast areas and sunroom, television, and DVD player and formal dining room set office completely enclosable with custom fan and built-in and beautiful upgraded bathroom for the office area downstairs. All hardwood upstairs is carpet, three bedrooms upstairs, one of which can be used as an entertainment room with full leather, Theatre style seating for movies in the bonus room. Master bedroom with coffered ceiling and large dressing area, beautiful granite and oil brushed bronze fixtures and features in the upstairs bathroom, walk in shower with glass door and massive closet area. In addition to the master bathroom, there are three additional full bathrooms throughout the property, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. Each bathroom is elegantly designed with modern fixtures, luxurious amenities, and plush towels. All beds, tables, chairs, and linens are supplied. Other bedrooms have sufficient closets, space, beautiful dressers, armoire, and other furniture. Other dcor includes artwork, accent rugs, decorative lighting fixtures, and other upscale touches to create a sophisticated atmosphere. Utilities such as electricity, water, heating, and air conditioning are not included in the rental price. Internet, security system monitoring, and telephone will not be included in the monthly price of the home. Cleaning services will not be provided during your stay, but the home will be professionally cleaned between each resident. One of the best things about this house is that it is in a central location to the rest of the city. Easy access to just about everywhere in 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic, and a lot of Cordova and Germantown, TN to the south, will provide everything anyone would need in the way of shopping, entertainment, dining, groceries, and schools. Overall, this fully furnished executive-level short-term rental property provides the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience for guests seeking an unforgettable stay.
