Poor kids fall further behind. Drugs are rampant and girls can dress and act anyway they want. Zero discipline. Kids can miss up to 10 classes in each course per semester and if they miss more they can appeal. Appeal always goes in favor of student. Everyone gets A’s and B’s. "Dogs are more than welcome, owners must adapt to rules and regulations for pet owners. Respect and understanding are the most valuable qualities in this neighborhood. Most residents are here for winter time and there are a lot mire dogs in the area, however, cleanliness and respect for the neighborhood is exceptional. "
