Enjoy a stylish fully furnished/turn key contemporary experience at our newly renovated North Naples townhome. We are 1 mile to Vanderbilt Beach access and steps away from Mercato Shopping Center. Within a 5 mile radius you have Whole Foods, Publix, Walmart, restaurants, shopping, golf courses (Tiburon is 5 minutes away) and more! Olde Naples (famous 5th Ave) is a 15-20 minute drive. We are a 25-30 minute commute from RSW airport. Our unit is available to rent from May 5, 2024 - November 3, 2024.
We have (3) bedrooms and (3) bathrooms in our home. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. The powder/guest bathroom is located on the first floor. The second floor you have (2) bedrooms, (1) queen and (1) king bedroom that share a double vanity bathroom. We are located on an end unit which provides plenty of yard space.
Our home has wifi, smart tvs in all the bedrooms, screened in sitting patio with a grill, indoor garage parking with beach equipment, baby gate for kids, washer & dryer with detergent, iron board and iron & steamer (all of which can be found in the garage).
We have a fully stocked kitchen for all your needs with the following: airfryer, Nespresso coffee maker, french press coffee maker, pots & pans, eating dish-ware and utensils, blender, toaster, etc. Under the sink we keep our general household cleaning supplies. The first floor bathroom is where you can find the first aid kit. In the garage you can find the vacuums and back up supplies: tissues, toiler paper, and paper towels. All the bathrooms have hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryers.
You have access to (2) pools in this community.
HOA rules:
-All stays that are 30 days+ are required to fill out an application that has to be filled out and submitted to the HOA 20 days prior to check in.
-They do not allow pickup trucks to be parked in the community overnight (EX: F-150, Chevy Silverado, Dodge Ram). If you are renting a vehicle, we recommend a suv and/or sedan. If you are driving here we highly recommend no pickup trucks, unless that's your only option, if this is the case you are allowed to park the truck at the unit during the day but overnight you will HAVE TO MOVE IT to the neighboring businesses parking spots which is in front of the main entrance of our complex (1-2 minute walk).
-Cats are not allowed. You are allowed a maximum of (2) service/emotional support dogs with proper documentation/paperwork.
Our unit is turn-key/move in ready from May 19, 2024 - December 31, 2024. Our HOA requires an application to be filled out and submitted prior to move in. The application fee is $410. HOA does not allow pickup/open bed trucks (ex: F-150). Owner pays for water and HOA fees. Renter pays for electric and wifi. Not pets over 30 pounds allowed unless you have an emotional/service animal with proper paperwork documentation. No smoking in the unit is allowed, outside unit only. Parking comes with (2) spots max - (1) vehicle in the garage and (1) in the designated parking spot. No subletting is allowed and under what conditions.
