"Fairly safe and clean, with lots of shopping and food scene "
  • Gavinshipley18
"Feels very homey, friendly neighbors. Plenty of retired folks in the area and a lot of younger people too, Oh and don’t even get me started about traffic. Some not well maintained roads and some nearby houses need rebuilding. Other than that an amazing area to live! "
  • Bscardino20
"Nothing makes the neighborhood unique other than the overpopulation and awful roads…. Yet they keep building more and more housing/apts"
  • Maurice Murphy
"Have to watch the speeders coming down your street. So be mindful when your children are outside playing."
  • Kathy
"They would like it as there is a sidewalk and a circle to walk around. Many people have dogs a walk them over to the dog park across the street."
  • starbrst72

  • 9wrxx499wd

  • Alyssadacri
"Close enough to highway 95 and other major roads and businesses. Probably a thirty minute commute by car. Melbourne airport is also very close"
  • Jose D. G.

"It’s a great part of Florida to live and raise children . It’s very clean and safe to live . The only bad thing I can say is 3 o’clock traffic "
  • Kathy.f.dresser
"Not a place I would have ever picked to live. There is nothing exciting about Palm Bay. No nice stores to shop. Nothing worth visiting. Can’t wait to move out. "
  • Crissymsrodriguez
"You have to walk your dog on the streets, close to passing cars. There are some sidewalks on main roads."
  • Svslowdancing
"rocket launches. you can see them all looking down our street to the north. Cape Canaveral is only 55 miles away. the launches are as visible as anywhere. "
  • Janinemills06

"I don't have children, but I personally know many teachers. These folks are truly committed to the children they teach, work countless overtime hours and take thier jobs very seriously. The kids safely ride and play on the streets in my neighborhood, and have plenty of woods and fields to roam around in."
  • Nivesc57
"I drive my own car but there is public transportation available! I live in a quiet street but close to restaurants stores, shops a hospital and university!"

"You need a car by lately city bus is available more than before. I have lived here 28 yrs! My neighbor hood is safe, we know our neighbors by name, we keep an eye on each other our homes and children. There r some elderly neighbors and we keep an eye and see if they need help, errands or just company! Where I live is closer to good schools, university, restaurants and stores, but u still feel the country feeling! "
  • Amber S.
"Good vibes people are generally nice and in a happy mood not bad neighborhood pretty easy going not to busy"
  • Greg J
"Neighborhood has nothing to do other than food spots which isn’t even all that good... Unless you’re into McDonald’s or Papa John’s, etc. and there’s no real culture here... really country so have to go to Orlando for any kind of activity "
  • Laure N.
"Nothing, it’s just affordable. I wish we had sidewalks and street lights but all that would increase our taxes and I’m on a fixed income and cannot afford higher taxes. I’ve lived here 15 yrs and hardly know anyone, people here are not the friendliest. "
  • Chelsea
"cars go really fast. and there are no side walks by any of the houses. you have to go to a main road to get a sidewalk."
