c. Lapse of Coverage If Tenant fails to maintain the required renter's insurance, such failure shall constitute a breach of this Lease. Landlord may issue a notice to cure or vacate in accordance with applicable law.
d. Landlord's Disclaimer Landlord's insurance does not cover Tenant's personal property or liabilities. Tenant is solely responsible for any loss or damage to their personal property and for any injury or damage caused by Tenant, Tenant's occupants, or pets.
