This 3/2 is close to downtown Sanford. It has a fairly open floor plan with a nice size dining and living room.
The backyard is very large. I'm looking for a long term renter who wants to care and make this house a home. I do allow a dog but you must agree to my pet policy and there is a non refundable pet deposit of $200.00. Please reach out to me via text for the fastest response.
