We have hosted guests traveling from all over the world and our hope is you'll be able to gather friends & family, get cozy in our home and enjoy the beautiful Mojave Desert and Joshua Tree National Park. 8575dreamspace is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1400 sq ft propertygreat for friends, couples or a small family. We have comfortable couches and even more comfortable beds inside in addition to a large dining table both inside and outside for colorful sunsets, sunrises and star gazing. We invite you and your guests will check-in, kickback, unplug and start slowing down to enjoy desert life. We look forward to sharing the magic of the desert with you soon! THE SPACE2 bedroom and 2 bathroom house with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 people.- Bedroom 1 has a King bed with private en-suite- Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed with private en-suite- Large Dining Table- Indoor Wood Burning fireplace THE OUTDOORS- Hot Tub- Propane Fire Pit- Propane BBQ- Private Yard on five acres- 5 Minutes to Park Entrance and Views of Joshua Tree National Park- Outside Day Bed OTHER THINGS TO NOTEProfessionally managed by Property Manager RENTAL AGREEMENTThere will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation A/C8575dreamspace is cooled by central AC and heat that will help keep the temperature enjoyable for your stay. WIFIPlease note that the wifi can be spotty and come in and out due to the remote location STAR GAZINGFor viewing of the night sky, it is best to keep all lighting to a minimum. This includes lighting inside the house that can bleed out the night sky. Moonless nights are of course the best. FIREDue to the location and a current outside wood burning fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outdoor wooden fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. The propane fire pit at the property is allowed to be used. GuestsYou are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. IDENTITY VERIFICATIONYou will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identiy and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text.ADDED SERVICES FOR OUR GUESTS PRIVATE IN-HOME YOGAWant to have a private yoga experience in your rental? Please inquire upon booking and we will set you up with a local yoga instructor for your peaceful desert getaway. Don't want to drive into the National Park but want to be able to see the beautiful scenery surrounding the home? We can connect you to a local hiking guide who can plan a trip based on your preferences and the best part.. many times the hikes begin right from your front door! PRIVATE IN-HOME MEDITATION, REIKI & SOUND BATHSConnect with your soul during your desert stay. Experience a private or small group session of kundalini yoga, meditation, and/or sound bath by private teacher and energy guide. Reiki energy alignment sessions also available.
