Inside, the home features a comfortable living area with a live-edge wet bar, central heat with a newer gas furnace, two wood-burning stoves, and in-unit washer/dryer. In winter, the wood stoves can provide substantial supplemental heat.

Mountain living is also made easier by several practical upgrades: an automatic whole-home backup generator, a location on one of the first roads the county plows after snow, and a long driveway with comfortable parking for 3 vehicles.

The deck includes a natural gas hookup and Weber grill. A 7-person hot tub is available as an optional add-on.

The property also includes a separate lower ADU occupied by a quiet, long-term tenant. The ADU has its own entrance and no shared living spaces; only the driveway is shared, with designated parking. The tenant has one vehicle and no pets.

Pets are welcome, with up to 3 dogs or cats permitted. Pet terms are negotiable.

Available January 1, 2027. Earlier move-in may be possible by mutual agreement.
