Rent is $1697/month and we split utilities which is approximately $200/month. The house has SOLAR, so there's no electricity bill! There may be a bill at the end of the year, however, thus far in the 1.5 years I've been here, there hasn't been one.

Deposit is $1697, with an additional $500 pet deposit if you're bringing one.

I'm a female in my 30s who works from home. I have a small 15lb dog that loves to snuggle, and a small tortoise who lives in his enclosure (although sometimes I let him roam around the house).

Looking for someone responsible with steady income, female preferred however any gender is welcome! An application is required per the Property Manager, which is a non refundable $30.

Current roommate is moving out.

This is a quiet house, so no parties, however guests are welcome! I don't drink, so I prefer someone who also doesn't drink or who at least keeps it to a minimum. 420 friendly though!

The house is fully furnished (except the living room brown couch will be leaving and I'll be getting a new one or you can bring one if you have it). Also, I'm happy to make space for whatever furniture you have! Open to selling some of my things to accommodate if needed!

The bedroom is unfurnished, but can be partially furnished with dresser and simple night stands if desired.

Feel free to decorate and make this home your home too!
