    "This is a quiet, safe family neighborhood. A few retired couples live in the area. Neat, clean and orderly neighborhood. No loud parties. A beautiful creek runs behind the homes and leads to Alimagnet Park. Playground, fishing area are a few blocks away. 20 minutes from Mall of America and 30 minutes to downtown St Paul. Minnesota Zoo 15 minutes away. "

Schools are excellent and family activities are great, many parks, sports programs, and facilities year round. Very safe and quiet.
