Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, large kitchen, den, living room, library, mud room. There's a large sunroom on the back of the house and a 12x24 insulated shed in the back yard. The approximately 20x26 kitchen/dining area is a great place for family and friends to cook together and have game night.
The 2 car garage has a large storage area with shelves (plus air hockey table). The large (18x22) workshop/storage area behind the garage stays about 65 degrees all the time.
There is a newer metal roof (2009) and new heat pump (2019). There is a full length covered deck (approximately 70 feet) across the front of the house.
The 1.29 acre lot has a mostly gentle slope with large fenced back yard (great for critters) and large front yard with garden area. A 350 foot rock wall lines one edge of the property and along the driveway. There are mature trees providing lots of shade in the summer. It's secluded yet the proximity to I-40 makes it easy to go anywhere.
