Update: This property did NOT flood. The access bridge over the river was completed a few days before the storm. It was actually one of the few bridges in the Cruso region to survive. The rental is on the second floor. The ground floor for storage.

Renter Policy

1. Rent and Payment Schedule:

Rent is due on the first of every month. Payments should be made on or before this date to avoid any late fees.
2. Utilities:

Water is included in the rent.
Tenants are responsible for the payment of electricity and propane/gas.
3. Grounds Maintenance:

The landlord will cover the costs of mowing and landscaping the property. Tenants are not required to participate in grounds maintenance but are encouraged to keep their immediate surroundings clean and orderly.
4.Amenities:

Tenants have access to all amenities on the property, including the river, tubing, swimming holes in river, pond. These spaces are available for tenant enjoyment and should be respected and maintained.
5.Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed with certain conditions:
There is a $250 non-refundable deposit required for each pet.
A maximum of two dogs and two cats are allowed per rental unit.
Tenants are responsible for ensuring their pets do not cause disturbances or damage to the property.
Pet waste must be disposed of properly.
6. General Conduct:

Tenants are expected to respect the property, other residents, and the surrounding environment. Noise levels should be kept reasonable, especially during evening hours.
