Room Description

Shared Space, not an entire unit rental.

Enjoy your stay at this very cozy townhome in a quiet and peaceful new neighborhood in Riverdale, within the Atlanta metro. It is about 20-mins to Hartsfield Jackson Airport, Atlanta and a few miles away from the attractions in Atlanta downtown area.

This is a one bed, shared bathroom space but you will mostly use the bathroom alone except if third room is occupied by landlord's guests. The room is located on the second floor of the house.

- The base rent of $850 includes utilities. This is a month to month lease arrangement which can be renewed after one year. The lease can be cancelled at any time but landlord requires one month notice prior to cancellation or pay the equivalent of a month's rent at the time of cancellation if unable to give notice. In the case where notice is given but not up to a month, cancellation fee will be the equivalent rent for number of days remaining to complete the one month notice.

- Smoking/vaping is not allowed at any time inside and around the property. There are open spaces within the community that can be used for smoking. Smoking in the property will attract a penalty of $1,000 for damages and cleaning.

- Friends and loved ones are always welcome to visit but landlord/roommate should be notified prior to their visit for security reasons. Please limit the stay of such visitors to a maximum of 3-days.

- No Pets allowed on the property.

- Background checks will be required.
