We are in the perfect location to enjoy the peaceful country, yet just a short drive to all the conveniences of town. The UNIVERSITY OF OREGON is a 16 minute drive. PEACEHEALTH and MCKENZIE-WILLAMETTE hospitals are 23 minutes. The apartment comes fully furnished with it's own separate entrance. The kitchen has a mini fridge, 2 burner counter cooktop and microwave. The backyard overlooks the horse arena where you may see us playing and riding our horses. The studio is attached to the far end of our home so you may hear the footsteps of our pups upstairs, otherwise it is very quiet. The backyard is a shared space, yet we rarely use that section of the yard. We are very respectful of your privacy and appreciate yours. This would be a great fit for a student or hospital professional! Excellent credit and references a must.

Utilities included in rent. Monthly rental contract. Longer stays negotiable. Excellent credit and references a must. Security deposit $500 for monthly contract. For stays longer than 1 month - last month's rent required at signing. Pet approved at owners discretion, must get along well with other dogs/cats. Non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $300 for stays longer than 1 month. This is a non-smoking unit.
