Set in a walled private garden of towering bamboo & mature fragrant trees, this mini-compound includes 2 structures one main house and one guest house offering flexible living & lush outdoor spaces.

The owners carefully renovated the entire property in 2019. Everything is incredibly well maintained while still preserving a classic Venice charm.

There's a large teak deck, outdoor Japanese hot tub, & outdoor shower, ideal for after a day at the beach only minutes away. The peaceful, private garden -- complete with butterflies and hummingbirds -- will be entirely yours to enjoy during your stay.

The bright and sunny main house is a bungalow w/ original features, front porch, spacious living room & recently updated kitchen w/ O'Keefe & Merritt stove, Smeg dishwasher, brand new washer & dryer, and breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, new Casper mattress, and opens to the patio w/ glass doors providing natural light. A newly renovated bathroom w/ tub & shower combo.

The fully furnished guest house also has large glass doors to the garden, its own bathroom w/ shower, & kitchenette making it the perfect spot for an office or a second bedroom. The day bed in the guest house is comprised of 2 very comfortable twin mattresses one on top of the other that can be easily dismantled to accommodate two people.

"I love the weather and biking to the many amazing restaurants in the area. However, the homeless situation gets worse everyday. We pay too much to live here surrounded by crime and garbage. "
  • Terry B.
"I have lived in Venice all my life. There’s no other place I would rather live. The weather is great, usually 20° cooler than downtown Los Angeles. Many outdoor activities including bike riding, surfing, walking, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball, rollerskating , swimming, And many more. Great walkability to restaurants, shopping, library, farmers market. Dog friendly. "
  • Olivia O.
"Venice is a chilled out, sea-side feel neighborhood. I was raised in Cape Town South Africa and there is a similarity of ā€œvibeā€. "
  • Cbowenusc
"What commute? I do not have a commute, a big driver behind my decision to live in Venice - great vibes all day and quiet at night "
  • Danielledruz

  • Nathanlycan
"I love this neighborhood . It blends a beachside community with a growing art and culinary scene but maintains some of the less manicured, dogtown vibe"
  • Kamv25

  • Linkn
"Abbot Kinney street fair happens every yeah, they do many beach events and for the new year they do the penguin plunge at the pier. "
  • Linkn
"Venice gets more visitors than Disneyland. Parking is hard to find, the closer you are to the beach. Many homes are Airbnb. Love Venice but the prices are extremely high! the homeless population is higher than normal. "
  • Sarah G.
"Farmers markets, parks, great places to eat, the beach, jumping jacks, wizards, bean dip, and big hugs at red lights."
  • Dolph
"It’s a very ā€œbohemianā€ environment... I’m sure super fun for kids 13-18... I would keep an eye on younger kids as Venice doesn’t always bring the best elements to the beach... all in all, it’s a fun diverse place with people from all over the world and all different social and economic backgrounds and a great place in my opinion."
