"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 5 years very low crime scene and very friendly neighbors. Schools are pretty good near by church and movies, gym, restaurants and ups."

"Depends what Apartment valuable if you allow dogs are not the only thing about having a dog in the neighborhood is that the owners do not pick up the poop after them selves their dog do whatever and most of the dogs are not on leashes so they will chase after your kids or you"

"Downtown community Events are nice. The Art district. The B.A.C.A is awesome. Pompano Community park has interactive community events. The Local High schools have sport events to attend as well. "
