Pet Policy: Small pets considered on a case-by-case basis with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 and $25/month pet rent.
 Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property (including the unit, basement, and common areas).
Moving In

 Background Check: All applicants over 18 must pass a credit, criminal, and eviction background check via Zillow.

We are very friendly outgoing people . "
