"Ocean view is a great place to live. It’s a little run down but everyone here is super friendly and you have close local access to Norfolk beach and there is a dog park off maple that we love going to. Everything is walkable if you like to walk, just watch out for the dilapidated sidewalks in some neighborhoods."

"I do not recommend living in Willoughby bay military housing. Along side the mold issues the housing office never gets things done and favor other residents more than others. And they only care about saving money and taking the service members money as well. "
