So mom n dad get the back half, the kids get the front 2 beds and bath and the basement is the kids playroom,or could easily be made Into a true mother-In-law. Outside of the back deck, leads into the spacious inviting back yard shaded by 3 huge Lazy Locust Trees, perfect for large back yard Bbq. Further back is a 1.5 car garage that used to be a car body shop. It has tons of lighting for painting a car, There is also a separate storage shed. Beyond that, there is a natural wooded area that has been ground cleared to create a natural park like yet wooded area that doesn't really grown grass, not much sunlight to the ground, yet it grows ivy and does not smell. It's a very serene place to take a lawn chair, or ride the John Deere with a capped insulated cup of hot tea or coffee and enjoy the sounds of nature. In this mid-country setting, there families of all sorts of animals to watch play in the back yard. Many species of birds, squirrels, Hawks, even Eagles! Put a salt block and corn feed in the back yard, and you will have Deer coming to eat! It's not a professional manicured place. The underbrush has been cleared and the small saplings cut to create a natural park like setting. The deere and other animals seem to love it, making homes in the piles of underbrush created. I did not burn it out, purposely to give them a continue habitat while improving mine. This truly is a magical place. However, I need to move for family reasons.
