About this House

The house is a comfortable home in a safe, well established neighborhood in the desirable Northampton area of Hampton. Convenient to bases, shopping, interstate, schools, beaches, parks and nature areas. The house has a spacious family room with an eating area opening into the kitchen. A Chik-Fil-A is right down at the end of the street. - a 13 min walk. :)

The house is undergoing a complete renovation and so no current interior pictures are relevant.

New stainless steel appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher) will equip the kitchen.

The bedrooms will have all new carpet. The family room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway will have luxury plank vinyl. Towards the end of the renovation the driveway and front walk will be redone with new concrete.

The interior of the house will be completely repainted. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The house has a relatively new 30 yr roof and HVAC system.

The house is close to nearby schools and is less than 14 minutes to Langley Air Force Base. Trash is picked up by the city of Hampton.

Renters insurance (which is typically inexpensive) required and proof of policy to be provided prior to move in.

Military transfer clause for active duty military.

Minimum 1 year lease that can go month to month after 1 year.

All utilities (gas, Newport News Waterworks, electric, HRSD, Virginia Natural Gas) paid by tenant.
