Hi! My name is Jenna and I have an extra bedroom and full bath available in my house in Vista that I am ready to rent out to the right person.

I am a 36yo sober single mama with a 7yo daughter and we live in a 3-bedroom/2 full bath floor level unit in Vista, right by the library off Civic Center and approximately 5 minutes from the 78 freeway.

I am looking for a respectful, chill female roommate, any age is fine! I do not drink or use drugs. Loud or disturbing activities, drama, overnight guests or too many visitors NOT allowed on this property.

Monthly rent for bedroom and full bath is $1200 which includes large reach-in closet, your own on-site covered parking space, access to 24 hour on-site coin laundry room, and of course full access to the kitchen and living room. Utilities not included, varies each month (water, trash, gas, electric, internet). Carpeted bedroom currently has a full-size bed frame so if interested you can use it. We are a fun, mellow duo who love to cook, relax, laugh and play board games when we're home (brownie points if you love playing Uno!) and hoping for someone drama free with good vibes to join our girl crew. :)

Ideal for a working woman or female student! $1200 + $1200 deposit to move in. Available NOW lease will be on a month-to-month basis.

And no, we don't want to smell what your dog has been cooking. Exercise your dog to your heart's content but turning a street into a dog toilet is not cool. Be kind, don't empty your dog's behind. "
