2 Bedroom 1 bath apartment available. We remodeled this place several years ago, so we didn't have as much to do, but we did get rid of the popcorn ceiling and change it to textured, removed carpet, old floor covering and some tile and replaced with a good looking consistent LVP. We also repainted the inside. We re did the patio deck a few years ago and it is a great looking tile.

We picked up a new dishwasher and microwave to go along with the existing fridge, range, and garbage disposal.

You can see in the photos there is a wall heater and an in wall air conditioner unit. I have been told the AC is very good.

When we remodeled the kitchen we tore out a nice bank of cabinets to open it up to the dining area. We could do this because this unit has a nice size pantry to store stuff. I made it my personal art project several years ago.

This is a fourplex and it has 1 covered parking spot for 1 car, plus an extra space in back. After that , there is street parking. The building does have a coin operated washer and dryer next to the parking.

I am a local owner who is only a phone call away. I pay for the garbage. I'll ask you to take care of the rest of the utilities.

We are asking for $2400 a month for rent, plus $2400 for security deposit. If you have questions, just ask.
