Hi All,

We have a very cheap rental in woodside for sale that had an accident in the recent storms. A massive tree fell on the back of the house causing about $4,500 in damage, including tree removal. $2,000 for tree removal and $2,500 for roof and side repair.

Sellers left pets in there after having to move out cause of rain so lots of pet nastiness all over.

House needs a good $15,000 to get it rent rent, but sellers had just spent $20,000 to make a third bedroom upstairs. House has new HVAC system as well.
