Above ground basement apartment with a view! Completely separate from the main level with a separate entrance. Two bedrooms and two storage rooms. Also comes with its own driveway for parking.

New white cabinets with quartz countertops. The kitchen comes stocked with a dishwasher and disposal. The unit also has a washer and dryer. All new paint, new flooring and carpet. The bathroom is newer and has a fun shower! Besides the two bedrooms there is another room and storage room - plenty of space.

There is an outside area for those summer nights. If you like to garden, there is a garden area in back ready to go.

It's in a nice quiet location that's minutes away from restaurants and shopping.

All utilities only $180 a month which includes lawn care! We are the current tenants and helping our landlord find a new tenant. All applicants will need to be approved by the landlord.
