"It appears to be a dog friendly neighborhood, I don't personally have any pets though. All my neighbors have dogs and I see them out and about walking g them frequently. "

"Close to lots of areas and resources. This area is centered around the West Florida University Campus but still very family friendly. It’s the best compromise between nice area and affordability. "
