Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. Tenants and guests must refrain from smoking inside the home. Violations will result in cleaning fees and may lead to early lease termination clause.

Notice for Termination or Non-Renewal: A minimum of 60 days' written notice is required if the tenant does not intend to renew or wishes to vacate the property.
Early Termination: Subject to payment of the remaining lease balance in full, unless early termination is due to active-duty military orders as protected by law.

Damage Responsibility: The tenant is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
