Neighborhood Description

Our neighboorhood is nestled on the lower east bench of Alpine. We are close to the mountains, but situated where we rarely receive strong canyon winds. All the homes sit on acre lots and the homes are beautiful. Our kids are close to their friends and often ride their bikes to the elememtary school. The roads are fairly flat which encourages family strolls around the neighborhood.

    "There is little to no public transportation. It is pretty much a given that you have to have a car to live here. There is not much in the way of fast food or industry in Alpine so you have to work elsewhere. I have a 35 min commute to my office in Salt Lake. It can be worse but most people that live here have a similar situation. "
