Opening up my furnished 6,000 square foot home, that has most recently been used as a temporary home for extended family, with the intent of helping displaced Los Angeles fire victims who can work remotely. This is a healing space, once rented to a family forced to rebuild following Boulder County's Marshall Fire in December 2001.

The home is a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom newly remodeled Modern Farmhouse style home set on 10 acres, close to all Boulder's best such as Pearl street, hiking, shopping, and neighborhood schools. Unique opportunity to sample country living with a 30 day minimum stay. This furnished Executive Rental has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the main level, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. One main level bedroom could also be styled as an additional work from home office. Hot tub off of the master bedroom and outdoor fire pit off of the kitchen.

Upstairs can function as two bedrooms and a upstairs flex space /office, or three bedrooms, depending on your family's needs. First upstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. The second currently also has a queen size bed, although a set of full over full L-shaped bunk beds is available as shown in photos. The third upstairs room is furnished with a desk and a twin trundle day bed. These rooms share a newly renovated bathroom with a bath/shower combination, and upstairs tv lounge. Large finished basement. Spacious layout offers opportunity for families to spend time together as well as retreat to quiet and private areas.

Owner lives next door. This Executive Rental property houses some of the owner's whimsical ranch residents such as potbelly pigs, chickens, barn cats, 2 horses, and 2 miniature horses. The owner will access the barn and land daily to feed and graze these animals, however the house will remain the renter's private area unless prior arrangement and/or notice. Gatherings of more than 20 total guests are allowed with prior arrangement with owner. Pets are negotiable, if they are respectful to ranch inhabitants, including wildlife.

    "I have lived in North Boulder for 30 years- Wonderland Hills and Dakota Ridge, it has always felt safe here. My children attended Boulder Public Schools, I give the schools an A+! We live a convenient short distance to restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and shopping, ...friends hang out at our house and tell me I’m a great baker of Chocolate Chip Cookies! I love to send them home with cookies or fresh dough to bake cookies with their own families! You should bring your kids to our house on Halloween, what a treat! I walk to Pearl Street by way of Foothills Trail, through beautiful neighborhoods apple orchards, Mt. Sanitas and am fascinated by the rock formations. I bicycle many days a week and many miles, such a perfect location to start from and end up! It’s a family and friends tradition to do the Bolder Boulder on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend, so fun! I have been taking it easy for a while due to some physical injuries, but continue to build up my strength and stamina walking my dog, climbing and hiking - I get a great workout! Here’s a tidbit! Keep your dog on leash and clean u"
