About Me: I'm a professional female in my early 40s, working as a structural engineer. My current roommates are moving out one is relocating to New York for a job, and the other is moving in with his girlfriend. I'm looking for two new roommates to fill their spots.
Location: Mountain View, at the border of Sunnyvale (E Dana Street, next to Alcalanes)
Rent:
Master Bedroom w/ attached bathroom: $1596/ month + utilities, water, and internet
Bedroom on 1st Level w/ private bathroom: $1350/ month + utilities, water, and internet (taken)
Cleaning Services:
Professional Cleaning: Available once a month for $50, covering your bathroom and common areas. Your room can be cleaned as well for an additional cost.
Townhome Features:
Backyard: Maintained weekly by property management
Laundry: In-unit
Dishwasher: Included
Garage: Fits 2 cars + additional space between the garage and backyard for 2 more cars + street parking
Location: Conveniently located near departmental stores, fitness centers, and a variety of restaurants on El Camino Real. Centrally positioned between downtown Mountain View and Sunnyvale.
Roommate Preferences:
Work Situation: Preferably someone who works outside or hybrid (remote work also considered)
Cleanliness: Must be tidy and clean up after themselves in common areas esp. Kitchen (this is very important). No outside shoes in the house.
Lifestyle: Smoking allowed only in the backyard; no loud noise after 9:30 PM
Social Preferences: Occasional get-togethers for birthdays and some weekends are fine. Frequent gatherings are not ideal.
Additional Information:
Privacy: No shared bedroom walls, ensuring a comfortable living experience
Quiet Hours: Respectful of noise levels after 9:30 PM to maintain a peaceful environment
