About this House

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath house, quiet country setting, CH&A, garage with washer/dryer hookups, kitchen and a separate dining room, fireplace, high ceilings, big yard, and screened back porch. Tile floors throughout. Some of the pics are from the last time the house was empty - I used what pics I had available.

Minimum one year lease. We do an application, usually on site, $50 application fee, and screen for people that pay rent on time and take good care of their home. Good, verifiable rental history or equivalent is a must. House is available for rent now. Renter is responsible for utilities, and yard upkeep.
It will probably go fast. If interested, please text me asap. The blinds are open, so you can go by and look through the windows any time. I usually do applications on site - $50 application fee.
