This beautiful town home is located in a quiet complex and has its own courtyard with shady trees. Inside there is a nice-sized kitchen complete with pantry, a dining area and a large living room. There is a powder room downstairs and a full bath upstairs. This townhome has ceiling fans, fresh paint and new wood-look laminate plank flooring and carpet. Washer and dryer and refrigerator are provided. The master bedroom has tons of closet space and a balcony with a pleasant view. The attached 2-car garage is extra large allowing plenty of room for storage. The garage floor is epoxied. The complex has a pool, spa and tennis courts. This north central property has much to offer! Rent includes water. I am looking for a 1-year lease. The only pets I can allow are strictly inside cats. No smoking allowed inside the home.
