"I’ve lived here for over 20 years and I’ve seen good and I’ve seen bad but overall most of the neighbors have been here for the same amount a time as I. But there’s good and bad in all neighborhoods and older neighborhoods with long time residents look out for eachother and the location of this neighborhood is convenient to everything and all shopping centers hospitals etc etc "

"I just moved here. I really don't know much about the neighborhood. it seems safe and nice. I live in a newly developed apartment complex. it seems that everyone adheres to all the community guidelines. I've been told that the local schools are good for parents with school age kids."
