    "Very very very poor. Not the people but the area. Garbage takes up the streets more than the pedestrians do. Always very loud at night with people “hanging” out in front of buildings. Hanging out meaning smoking and drinking while blasting music all hours of the night (especially on weekdays). Very rare people pick up after their dogs let alone themselves. Crime rate is very significant in this area of the Bronx. Do not recommend living in this neighborhood. "
