About this House

Like new 2000+ square foot Ranch style home with three bedrooms two baths home located a half mile from both Raytown South Middle School and Spring Valley Elementary. Updates include the following; New roof and windows, Updated plumbing and electrical. Beautifully refinished hardwoods and new paint inside and out. We also added a large front porch and had the 2-car garage concrete floor replaced. Large backyard with fresh landscaping. Laundry hookup in the walkout basement.

Locally owned and managed. AKA you have my number and actually respond to issues/questions!

One year lease required. Tenant pays all utilities. NO smoking on property. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. But typically we allow one small dog less than 40 lbs.

-Must have a current photo ID and SSN
-Gross household Income must be 3X the monthly rent ($5100) and all income must be verifiable from pay check stubs, bank statements, tax returns, etc.
-Positive references from landlord for the previous 5 years.

-Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom (6)
