Beautiful and large home. It was originally a 2 bedroom and one bath. Home owners added over 2,000 square feet since 2016. The home now has 7 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. The amazing living room welcomes you and your family with its open floor concept and tiled floors. The kitchen was redone and extended and has plenty of cabinets and counter space with a bar area. There are 5 bedrooms downstairs along with 2 full and 1/2 bathrooms. The laundry room is conveniently located on the first level. The rear section of the home has a receiving area downstairs which has access from the main part of the home and through a large sliding door from the back. At the second level, you will see the nice size family area with direct access to the inviting balcony where you will enjoy your morning coffee and reading your favorite books as you take in nature's sounds. In addition, you will appreciate your master bedroom with it's large bathroom and walk in closet. Bedrooms number 6 is also located in the second floor. You will have plenty of parking with your long driveway that leads to the 2 car garage. The back area is great for cook outs and entertaining guests. There are some fruits trees and a mature avocado tree that wraps around the balcony. This home can very well accommodate multiple families. Schedule your showing and see it for yourself!

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThey are not well organized,, they have a rule that kids should wear black and white for graduation, and tell you a few days before, doesn't even give you time to look for one. So if your son/daughter is gona graduate from here just make sure their graduation attire is back or white or they won't let them walk the stage .Other Review10mo ago - Graham Elementary School

What Locals Say about Los Angeles

"Limited sidewalks and street lighting at night. I rarely walk or stroll around in the area and drive everywhere. A few restaurants and a coffee shop is walkable, about 15 minutes on near Wilshire."

"Car traffic due to alt freeway entrances has become dangerous for walking or biking. Some vandalism exists. "
- Greg Klein

"I grew up here, and it feels very much like home. The traffic is minimal, there’s both high and lower end shops, and it’s incredibly safe and quiet."

"Venice is unique and eclectic with wonderful restaurants and a fun nightlife. It’s a great place for young people. "
- Adam Harman

"Very walkable streets and high dog population neighborhood. Lots of people out walking in the evenings on a nice day, many with baby strollers, dogs or both."
- Adam Harman
- Resident

"We moved to this neighborhood as a predominate work-from-home location. It’s a good community with lots of lot space where even in heavy commuter traffic you can get to the west side in ~45 mins. This feels especially satisfying compared to further out communities that people go for similar space but require 1-1.5 hour commutes each way."
- Adam Harman
- Resident

"Neighborhood has yearly events, such as a holiday get together and the area draws a lot of people for Halloween festivities. There’s a number of young families that have come into the area in the past couple years and there’s good above average interaction and playtime amongst them, compared to other areas of Los Angeles from experience."

"I mostly commute by car or bicycle. There are glstretts with sidewalks and many trees, quite area to walk with dogs. Also, Lake Balboa and VNSO within 10min drive. I like Sherman Oaks "

"A few good parks for dogs at the periphery of the neighborhood, many dog lovers. However sidewalks disappear at critical moments making walking with a dog treacherous and there's some big dog phobia here (same as many parts of LA) "

"I lived in this neighborhood for over a year. The weekends are loud you can hear music being played from houses down the street. Not walkable at all. Huge dogs everywhere and doesn’t feel the safest. Pretty dirty and unmaintained. Closest grocery store is a food for less which is dirty and not where I would want to buy my groceries."
