Gas kitchen range is 36 inches wide and has a center 5th eye that converts to a griddle. The wooded area behind the home has had all underbrush cleared. This home has extra insulation everywhere. Even insulated interior walls around master bedroom and joists between floors for sound absorbing property. This is truly a custom built home.

"Ive lived in this neighborhood for 35 yrs and it still has the small town feel. We have a million dollar property and there is no where else in the tri-county area we’d rather live. The neighbors are more like family and people are friendly. Crime is low and people are involved in the community. We also have YHE best mayor around!!!!"
