About this House

A great neighborhood close to Hershey country club. Hershey school is 5 minutes away and Hershey Med center is 8 minutes away. The house is well maintained with all appliances. The neighborhood is close to the Hershey downtown. The owner lives in the same city. so, if you have any issue, you can reach me anytime.

At least 1 year contract. Each year we will renew the contract. They need to notify 3 months before leaving. if anything damage by the tenants, they need to fix it with their own expenses.
