This is a private guest house rental with a maximum occupancy of 2 people and parking for up to 2 vehicles. $2,500 per month.First month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit required.

Renter is responsible for electric and propane ( which is minimal) and trash removal. Cable, internet, water and sewer included.
