Clean and quiet townhouse, other room occupied by me. I am 30 years old male professional working at a Corporate Healthcare Industry at Deerfield, IL as an IT Analytics, I am also pursuing a master's degree in Business Administration from UIUC. -No Pets. - You will be my only tenant. There are cameras outside of the house and one in the kitchen, take this in consideration if it is something that will bother you.

The schools are continuing to improve and surprise me. Wheeling high school is now an excellent school. We initially felt we would move before our kids go to high school, but now we feel we can stay and still ensure a great education for our kids. "

Last week I had a coyote in my backyard. Stray cats, raccoons and possums are always seen. Little to no violence is a real plus."
