This 1906 victorian in West Berkeley is called Pumpkin House. It has always been 3 units. The available unit is one bedroom and one bathroom. There is also a studio cottage if that fits your needs better. These furnished units are charming and homey with all the comfy amenities you need: deep clawfoot bathtub, washer and dryer in the unit, cozy gas fireplace, gas stove and oven, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. There is ample outdoor space. The space feels like a home, not an apartment. The one bedroom apartment is nice for a couple or a person with a baby - we have all the gear!
The neighborhood is crazy walkable to cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, upscale shopping, transportation, and the bayshore. Great for biking as well. Need a bike? we have one for you. The local schools and preschools are great.

Owner pays water and garbage. Electric and gas is paid by the occupant. There is community wifi. If occupant needs dedicated wifi, they can set up their own account. Television is included with the rental, occupant pays for programing. House cleaning is available for an extra fee. First month's rent and 1k returnable deposit due at signing.
