A cute and charming single family home in Modesto is available for rent. The property is completely remodeled throughout with new paint, new floor, new plumbing and HVAC system. Kitchen is updated with brand new appliances, new cabinets (pantry and lazy Susan included) and quartz countertops. Bathroom has double sink vanity, new toilet, shower stall, and linen closet. The living room is bright and open whereas the bedrooms are light & airy with ceiling fan lights, and closet organizers. The cottage is a modern farmhouse with TONS of charm, and plenty of storage space throughout.

Monthly rent is $1900 with security deposit of $2100. Required one year lease minimum. Renter is responsible for water, gas, electric, garbage and internet. Pets such as cats & dogs are allowed with prior approval from landlord and additional $50 each pet per month. No smoking and clean credit is required. Also need proof of stable income for at least 2 years.

Open house is this Saturday, 11/23 (1pm - 4pm) and Sunday, 11/24 (10am - 2pm).

A minimum one year lease is required and renewal will be yearly with possible rent increase, depending on the market rental rate. Landlord requires at least 30 days notice before vacating the property. A maximum of 4 people and 2 pets are allowed on the property at all time, except for special occasions such as July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas. No overnight stay.

    "This neighborhood is well lit for the most part at night. Everyone keeps their yard maintained. We have families and homeowners of all ages and all are active in walking through the neighborhood, riding bicycles and walking their dogs. Our neighborhood is quiet and without drama. I feel safe walking around at night. The only major complaint I have about the neighborhood I live in now, is that vehicles have a tendency to not realize how fast they going intentionally or not it can be frustrating. All in all I love living here. The elementary school is just a few blocks away for my son to attend and for my daughter to catch the bus. That is another fantastic perk about this neighborhood, the public transportation, MAXX bus is literally just around the corner!! I live within walking distance of two different parks. I am close to the shopping center, pharmacy, retail stores and almost every type and kind of fast food you could imagine."
