7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy oldest went through here years ago and it was amazing. They have consolidated administration under the existing high school superintendent who seems to have zero interest in running the K-8 part. The best teachers are leaving constantly, and I’d imagine the other good ones have resumes out. Some have even left to area schools which haven’t been as highly rated as this one over the years. Kevin Myers apathy towards running K-8 is turning this entire district into the titanic. Our youngest is in the language immersion program and it’s been awful. The teachers have been great, but it’s incredibly obvious this program receives zero support from the administration and is treated poorly compared to the regular classes. We regret daily putting our child into the program, and at this point just hope the damage done to their education due to it can fixed along the line somewhere. Add to this our high taxes and I really regret choosing to stay here. I had an opportunity to leave when the district was good and stayed here because it was great.
