There are miles of trails through the lakes and the homes are well maintained and covenant controls keep the community clean and nice. There are several routes to Downtown Denver without using I-25 only 8 miles to downtown. the I-36 corridor is only 5 miles west. Easy access to employment I-25; HWY 36; I-70 and light rail is coming about 1.5 miles from Lambertson Lakes. "
