The space
This large, 3,050 sqft. home a 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom, There's an adjoining door to the downstairs bathroom. This bathroom also has access from the hallway to serve as the common area bathroom. You don't have to go through the bedroom to access this bathroom.

The upstairs features essentially two Ocean View master bedrooms, both with walk in closets, En Suite bathrooms, and ocean view balcony sunset watching areas. One room is slightly more master than the other, but both are amazing spaces. As you come up the stairs the room on you left is the Rancho Room. This large bedroom (14'x24') with ocean view. The room has French doors that open to the balcony. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset or a morning coffee. The room has a large walk-in closet, large bathroom with double vanity and large soak tub with shower.

The Master Bedroom known as the Calafia Room is on your right after walking up the stairs. This large room (18'x24') and double French doors that open to the balcony area the perfect spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a meal. The room has its own a large walk-in closet, large bathroom with double vanity, large soak tub and separate walk-in shower. Once you walk into this room, you won't want to leave!

The private deck off the kitchen and dining room at the back of the property is the perfect place to gather with friends or family while enjoying the view looking east towards the hills of Encinitas.
HaSeaEnda is located on a quite street with minimum vehicle traffic. The H Street Viewpoint is nearby and a great spot to walk down to and enjoy a spectacular ocean view. You can walk to all the restaurants and and shops located on Coast Highway which are 3-5 blocks away depending on where you want to go. You can walk to the beach access at D Street (4 blocks away) or to Moonlight Beach (5 blocks away). This is a great location to enjoy all of what Encinitas has to offer!

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."
